Services

Sessions are $40 per session (45 minutes of training per session).


Nutrition coaching is provided and included with your training at no additional cost.

Access to communication with me throughout the week if you have any questions, concerns, or just need some motivation! (Via email and text).


In order to sign up for in-person training, I require a non-refundable $40 deposit to be sent that will cover your first training session and hold your time slots each week.


Please know that your deposit is transferable, but must be utilized within 1 month of sending it. If you do not meet with me within 1 month the deposit is null and void.

  1. The online training program WITH nutrition included is $150 per month (4 weeks).


  2. The online training program WITHOUT nutrition included is $100 per month (4 weeks).


  3. Individualized program made with specific workouts based on your assessment/questionnaire that I send to be filled out.

As a professional Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle.
I specialize in helping women and men reach their health and fitness goals.
Each client is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. That is the reason why I offer weight loss, weight gain, and/or maintenance fitness programs.
